Just a reminder that tomorrow, Saturday 10 October,
I’ll be hosting another mini workshop in Zurich.
Topic: Do you have difficulty saying no?
There are many different reasons for not saying ‘no’.
Sometimes this has to do with wanting to avoiding conflict at all cost.
Other times it’s to do with not wishing to hurt another’s feelings.
Or it could be because you’re not really sure what you want in the first place.
We’ll be looking at several different reasons for not saying ‘no’
that show up in hands.
What do your hands say about this?
And what can you do to build better boundaries or to say ‘no’
without offending others.
Here’s an example of how your hands reflect where you are putting
your energy over time.
Stretch your hands out in front of you.
Now look at your pointer fingers. Do both or one of your index fingers
bend away from the thumb towards your middle finger?
This indicates that you have given your power away in the past.
The more your left pointer finger bends away from the thumb,
the more you have given your power away to your partner over the years.
The good news is, you don’t have to be confrontational to stand your ground.
As a wise man once said: You don’t always have to agree
But you can always be agreeable.
During the morning you’ll learn what your hands are trying to tell you
on this topic. You’ll also learn practical guidelines to effectively manage
your boundaries and to say ‘no’ graceously.
We’ll be starting at 10am at Predigergasse 19. (10 am until 1pm)
Hope you can join us.
You don’t live anywhere near Zurich?
We’ll be covering this topic online in future calls.

I have learned a lot reading from your posts. I love the way you explain. Very interesting.
nice article very interesting good work
I’m surprised I have a finger left! Just kidding! Lets just say I’m very agreeable. Makes for a happy marriage 🙂
I guess I am doing good because my index finger stands straight up, though I sometimes to feel like I have a difficult time saying no. Setting boundaries is very important so that you feel like you respect yourself, and then other people will too.
hehe great, seems that i do not have a difficulty saying no ^__^
Its great reading your website with tips like this, hope you put up more of them 🙂
I often feel trouble while saying no to anybody. In fact it varies from culture to culture. In some countries it is not looked as shameful.
awesome i don’t have any difficult saying no. but really interesting way you use here lol
Tks for sharing, really cool post, hope to read more in the coming days…
Why are people concentrating on hands so much ? How can you read anything from the tip of one of your limbs…its just funny to me 😀
That is very interesting. I have trouble saying no – more so with my kids though, they seem to have some power over me.
Although my index fingers don’t lean too badly so I must be doing ok 🙂
saying no is very difficult most especially if you seems to tell it to your friends or shall we say those people that close to you, that was a big problem to me.
I’ll appreciate your posting its very unique ones it is a useful and practical guidelines.I have no difficulty say no..
Woah! My left pointer finger totally bends towards the left middle finger. Interesting as I recently ended a serious long term relationship where my individual power was starting to be snuffed more and more and I had to get out.
Will my left pointer ever bend back to being straight when I start taking back my power and owning my energy? Will be an interesting experiment to see. 🙂
I feel like the one person that I give my power over to is my daughter. She is not even 3 yet but the amount of control that she has over me is unreal!
Nice Blog! Almost all of the posts make sense.
I love this topic.
I always have trouble saying no, I don’t like to offend anyone and am forever finding myself doing things that I really don’t want to do just because I can’t say no.
My index finger is just little bit bend away to middle finger. That’s kind-a cool, didn’t know it.
Many of us think over this issue, but few of us have the courage to express opinion on it. Your work is amazing.
thank you. You inspire me to keep going.
I think my power is given to my wife cause she is so fragile and I personally think she would be stronger if she had a little bit power from me.
You’re in each other’s lives as a sacred partnership. If you know each other’s fingerprints and you’re willing to trust fully and be fully honest with each other you can really help each other because then you can see your partner’s blind spot more clearly than they cam. This pattern is in your fingerprints. If you want to learn how to do this make sure you’re getting my newsletter. Classes starting in Sept and many are free.
I’d like to learn more about palmistry from your blog, some of your post just amazing, and when I learn something new usually run around the house looking at hands of my mother and father too and sometimes when I say what does it mean they look at me and recognize that is true.
Make sure you’re on my newsletter because classes start soon. I will teach you how to be a world class hand analyst. You could help millions of people sometime soon.
I have beliefs in Chiromancy. At first just like my in depth Astrological report, I didn’t pay much attention to it. But because so many of the lines on my hand seem to correspond with my Reality… I have started to have stronger beliefs in it.
Yes. your hands change with your thoughts all the time. It’s a two way process. The IIHA system is a no nonsense approach to analysing hands. It’s based on simple logic and has the potential to enable rapid healing.
That’s not true. Just write about your experiences.
Make sure you’re getting my newsletter because I’ll be writing a lot about this soon.
Hello Jena, nice to see you have lots of followers, I believe your work will help lots of people understand the real meaning and can read between the lines on the hand. I was wondering before I subscribe, is it hard to learn chiromancy?
hand analysis is not chiromancy.
It’s straight forward, logical and very easy to learn.
We’re going to have lots of fun.
I have found on your blog twice more interesting info than I expected Jenna. I will wait with no patience September for classes, subscribed!!!
🙂
Lots of information to inspire me to keep learning hand analysis, the facts comparing with the lines on the hand so breathtaking just couldn’t imagine how that works. Thanks!
I see lots of people following you. I have a question that I didn’t understand actually. So how does “Hand Analysis” works? Is it about past and future, or is it more about inner energy power and aura?
It’s personality assessment, strengths, weaknesses, what’s holding you back, and what’s your sacred work / your life purpose.
Found this on the Web : Nearly everyone enjoys a free hand reading. Perhaps the earliest interest in hand reading occurred when the cave dwellers left their hand prints on cave walls over 12,000 years ago. Throughout history since writing was invented, thousands of documents have been created detailing Palmistry and Hand Analysis techniques. I think I will subscribe to your lessons to actually learn palmistry!
Great, you wont get better anywhere on the net
Jena how can I contact you for online for analysis. I heard a lot about palmistry but no one hasn’t that knowledge in my town.
HI Mitchel, click on the order link on http://handanalysisonlne.com/consultation.php
Hi Jena, I knew that Switzerland is famous by watches and knives and best quality jewelry and of course banks, but palmistry – didn’t knew. I am also making hand analysis, but just for my friends and family. I will surely join your classes and will learn something new. best wishes!
I’d also be interested in learning more about the predominant lines that are on our hands. I was trying to distract my 8-yr old son the other day but describing the line son his hand and their meanings. I couldn’t remember what’s what, but he was kind of interested in that curious-about-everything kids way. Thanks.
The hands can show the current patterns of influence and the probable outcomes, but the hand DO NOT predict THE future – this is to anyone who thinks that palmistry is chiromancy. So Jena how often lines change position?
They change as you change. Both hands change. In cases of instant healing they can change in a flash.
hello, I am interested to have my hands read, particularly about future events. I have kept a couple of readings by some well known palmists, one of them is fairly accurate. It is also a useful feedback for the palmist to indicate whether their reading is accurate. Can you please let me know how much you charge. Cheers
Sorry. I don’t do predictive hand reading.
Hello Jena, I was wondering if you can read my hands and my husbands, for life purpose and of course compatibility.
Sure. Just book a consultation and we’ll set a date.

Jena hello! I like how you write your amazing posts, i wish that you will update your blog daily for new ways of hand reading.
: )) thanks. getting there..
Jena that link isn’t working right, can you fix it or if you can make additional page for consultations! http://handanalysisonlne.com/consultation.php
Just checked it and it seems fine. Otherwise there is a tab on the top of this page. “have your hands read by Jena”
He there Jena, I was wondering how do you contact people, by skype or msn? And about photo – it needs to be in macro? cause my photo’s are 5mb each!
Hi Mandy, That’s way too small. You need to change the settings on your camera. Or use inked sheets.
Hi Jena, I saw that picture in your post on wikipedia, and unfortunately it’s a broken finger, so I think it’s kind of rare to see bended finger like you described in your post.
Oh dear. i will have to look for one in my files. You can see one in the class on little fingers avalible here:
http://handanalysisonline.com/previousclasses_referencepages.php
Jena why some readers predict the future? I heard that one reader predicted death to a girl, why we should believe those charlatan’s who provide that pessimism with hand reading. I like that you don’t predict, and support all of your work!
Thanks Alex,
I’m hoping that by providing lots of free information people can become more informed.
It may be my imagination but when I was traveling in Northern India I noticed that many Indians have huge Big toes … Maybe one day Ill find a good foot reader and post their link !!
There ‘s a brilliant Footologist in South Africa called Karin Lombardozzi. Also in Switzerland there is the Grindberger technique.
Hi Jena, I am from USA and I was surfing some palmistry blogs, and your I think the best one cause you have a lot of feedback from real people, and you caught me with your very interesting articles, Thanks!
🙂 Thanks Andrew, sign up to stay informed.
Hi Jena, I don’t know if you can help me or give me an advice but my problem is that I can’t find any job that I would care about and make a decision that this job is for life for me. I am getting very bored about everything surrounding me and starting to think that I work for the money and not for my spiritual happiness.
Hi Matt,
Having your hands analyzed will really help you because your sacred work is visible in your fingerprints.
for more about this: http://handanalysisonline.com/consultation.php
I have kept a couple of readings by some well known palmists, one of them is fairly accurate. It is also a useful feedback for the palmist to indicate whether their reading is accurate. Can you please let me know how much you charge. Cheers
Hi Samantha?
I charge $250 or you can have your hands analysed by one of my students for $100. You can book here:

Hello Jena, I was wondering if my choosing of life path I got on a wrong side, is it worth to deal with palmistry or should I give my hand to you and face the truth?
face the truth? That you are only using a tiny amount of your massive potential.
Your post has information that i haven’t heard before. I am really glad that your blog brings new and useful information.
Hello Jena, I am from Japan, but I am an a vacation in USA I have studied a lot on this topic, but I can certainly say that your ideas are the best I’ve ever heard.
Thanks Naoko : )
Hello Jena, nice to see you have lots of followers, I believe your work will help lots of people understand the real meaning and can read between the lines on the hand. I was wondering before I subscribe, is it hard to learn palmistry?
Hi Simona,
No it isn’t. Like learning English, you can learn all the basicd really fast. But then you need to practice, practice, practice.
Also, you need to look at your life through the hand analysis lens. Whatever happens, always asking yourself, what does this have to do with my sacred contract? You’ll be learning to do this in the member’s zone.
http://handanalysisonline.com/members.php
Very interesting method explained in the post, will try to use it because I really have a problem with saying “NO”.
I feel like the one person that I give my power over to is my daughter. She is not even 3 yet but the amount of control that she has over me is unreal!
Yes all your close family and the people you are attracted to are your noble friends.
Your daughter and your fingerprints will reveal exactly what’s going on between you.
You can learn how to work with your fingerprints (your ‘sacred contract’) in the members zone, starting September.

It’s very good that we can share opinions on this topic here, because as William R. Alger told, “Public opinion is a second conscience.”
Good day Jena, surfing up and down your site I realized that your job is one of that kind of when you do something that you really love, and helping people understand the meaning of life itself you give a mass of opportunities to move on. thanks!
I’ll appreciate your posting its very unique ones it is a useful and practical guidelines.I have no difficulty say no…
thanks Serene
I am also making hand analysis, but just for my friends and family. I will surely join your classes and will learn something new here. best wishes!
Great Julie,
Looking forward to having you with us.
My left pointer finger totally bends towards the left middle finger. Will my left pointer ever bend back to being straight when I start taking back my power and owning my energy? Will be an interesting experiment to see.
yes it will gradually. But it may still show some of the past experience.
I have kept a couple of readings by some well known palmists, one of them is fairly accurate. It is also a useful feedback for the palmist to indicate whether their reading is accurate. Can you please let me know how much you charge.
HI Hugh,
Here’s all the info you need http://handanalysisonline.com/consultation.php
Lots of information that inspire me to keep learning hand analysis, the facts comparing with the lines on the hand so breathtaking just couldn’t imagine how that works. Thanks!
HI Colinn,
The lines get pulled by the energy running through the meridians to each finger.
the lines runnning across show how you block this energy.
I’d like to learn more about palmistry from your blog, some of your post just amazing, and when I learn something new usually run around the house looking at hands of my mother and father too and sometimes when I say what does it mean they look at me and recognize that is true.
Thanks Sharon,
come and join our monthly class this Thursday
🙂
hey really nice blog posting..I am impressed with the content of the article. I have been trying this method and I have seen some real improvements. This method is very useful.
Thanks Terry,
This is the subject of our call this week.
I have learned a lot reading from your posts. I love the way you explain. Very interesting.
Thanks Polly
Hi Jena, reading your blog is very exciting, I have a question about hand analysis. What if I chosen the wrong path of self development or life purpose, and will it be best choice for me to go another way after hand reading, but if my way is not as that easy as it seems.
Hi Elsa,
There are no wrong paths. There are short cuts but they are usually steep and difficult and you have to leave friends and baggage behind to take them.
Then there are longer more sociable routes to the same place.
If you look back in hindsight you will see that taking a “wrong” path enables you to meet someone or learn a whole lot of things you’ll need further down the path.
it’s easy when you know what is your life purpose, my opinion is based on experience on elders who surely give advices because your life is on 99% similar to others and major rules will not change.
Hi Kim,
That depends on if you admire your elders and consider them positive role models.
But agreed, when you’re authentic and know who you are and your values then it’s much easier to say no.
Hello again Jena, thank you for your answer, but it seems to me that my problem became more difficult than i thought it would. silly me.
Hi Elsa,
Please explain.
It’s like I have my way, but there’s a wall in front, just a solid concrete. I meet new people, we talk a lot, but when my “friends” see that I have not just one and only, like the most people do, character – they call me a monster, like a freak in circus show with two faces. There’s my problem – I have no friends to talk because two much times I stepped on the same rake, being lied to or just dumped. I feel like I’m thinking like no one else do in a crowd who thinks they thinking not like everyone else do.
Hi Elsa,
Maybe you are a swan trying to be a duck and fit in with duck politics….
🙂
It’s to cute to be true, I’m not even trying to be nice or rude to people, just they do not understand what I say. Or they do understand but not in not that way I’m trying to say. I noticed that my way of communication has a double meaning, maybe that’s a problem.
Hi Elsa,
It’s best to always double check communication.
What did you hear me say? or am I correct? you said….
I was looking around for this topic, and I am glad I have found on your blog a lot of helpful information about hand reading. Great work!
thanks Teresa
Thanks Jena =) Will try to do my best, but it will be always me myself, I’m to old to rebuild my own personality, character and temperament.
I will probably recommend this article to my friends, cause I like it and I think they’ll like it too.
Thanks Paula
usually run around the house looking at hands of my mother and father too and sometimes when I say what does it mean they look at me and recognize that is true.
Yes Lola it is!
