Do you have a broken lifeline? A Simian crease? A Sydney line? A suicidal hand? No fate line?

Are you beating yourself up unnecessarily about negative markers in your hands? Every day people write to me in a state of distress because of markers they’ve seen or read about and what they might mean.

For example, they say, “I have a broken life line, does that mean I’m going to die young?” Or they say, “I saw a picture in a book of a suicide victim’s hand. It looks just like mine. Does this mean I will commit suicide?” Or, “My child has a Simian crease, does this mean something bad?” or “I have no Fate line does this mean …..?

What you need to know:

There are no good or bad markers in your hands.

Your hands reflect your thoughts and personality. Not how long you’re going to live.
You can use any marker in your hand to empower yourself or to dis-empower yourself.

What is the story you are telling yourself about yourself and why?

When other people give you a new story, from your hands or any other source, ask yourself:
Does this information empower me or dis-empower me?
What does it do to my energy?

Do I feel expanded or contracted?
Do I feel lighter or heavier?
Accept only what expands you.

Listen to your body.
If what the person tells you takes away your energy and joy
then stop listening to them immediately.

Run away as fast as you can.

Hello Jena, I have in both hands a very long Sidney line and i don’t have any problem learning, or anemia or Down sindrome, nothing like that. Why scientific think Sidney line is abnormal? What do you think about this line? Thank you!

      Hi Tara,

Nobody knows or agrees what the “Sydney line” means because they are not looking at the same thing. Sometimes there is a Pluto line (that starts from the ulnar side of palm/ side furthest away from thumb) that joins into the headline, so the headline looks like it is running right across from the thumb side and right over the edge of the ulnar side. But actually it is 2 separate lines that have become one. That’s not good or bad, just unusual, therefore it catches attention, but the people looking at it and talking about it haven’t done their homework…
As I said in this post above, there are no good or bad markers. Use the markers in your hands to free yourself from “stuck” identity (suffering). You are a spirit having a human experience. Give this line an interpretation that allows you to rise above the rock you imagine you may be currently shipwrecked on and move on.
Here’s a positive interpretation of this line: the Pluto line is about the Phoenix rising from the ashes, this capacity has merged with your thinking style. Own and love this and know that in your heart of hearts you are movement not a fixed anything. You are a capacity to act, a capacity for light even if that might in one instance mean torching the old and resurrection. Do whatever you need to do and move on.. Dream a bigger dream for yourself.. good luck.
